Food Technology and Nutrition Branch
The main functions of the Food Technology and Nutrition Branch are as follows:
• To conduct/organize the approved annual programs related to food technology development and processing, such as training, meetings, and seminars.
• To provide/arrange technical consultation for operating food/feed businesses upon request.
• To conduct trial studies, develop new food products and technologies, and promote/disseminate them.
• To maintain records of the activities carried out.
